My diverse background has had a major influence on how I approach Real Estate.  I worked 15 years in the financial industries for companies including Oppenheimer Funds and BB&T Bank.  A major portion of that time was working one on one with customers, making certain they received top notch customer service.  As a Realtor my priority has not changed.

I have lived across the country including time in Champaign IL, Baltimore MD, and Denver CO.  Between residences and investment properties, I have bought and sold a lot of houses.  Having worked with many many Realtors, I have come to realize what makes the good ones good, and the bad ones bad.  As such, I focus on the qualities of the great Realtors I have come across and make them a priority when interacting with my clients.  These include:

  • Being Responsive - It is critical to me that my clients are getting the data they need as soon as I have it.  I quickly respond to phone calls and emails.  I will keep you informed and answer your questions to your satisfaction.

  • Acting in the Best Interest of My Clients - I am here to serve my clients first and foremost.  If you are a seller, I want you to be confident in our sales approach and the price being offered.  As a buyer, I realize looking for a new home can take time.  We will continue to look until we find the right home for you.  I am not into pressuring my clients.  You make the decisions, when you are ready.  Your satisfaction is my only objective.

  • Making Real Estate Transactions Seamless - Real Estate transactions can be complex and involve many touch points between the time an offer is made and the closing.  I work diligently to keep transactions on track and to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.  Buying or selling a home should be effortless for you.  I strive to make that goal a reality.

  • Knowing the Market - I make it a point to keep up with current market trends and changes.  I know the most desirable neighborhoods and the latest trends in new construction and home decorating.  If you are selling, I will determine the right price for your home based on similar sales in the neighborhood.  If you are buying a home, I will help you to determine a fair value for the property to be certain you are paying in line with market values.  Whether it be an investment property or new construction, I know the greater Cedar Rapids Real Estate Market and am anxious to share my knowledge with you.
